How the checklist works
Pick your station, then tap each task once it's done. Tap again to undo.
Everyone on FOH sees the same list, live, with who did each task and when.
The list opens on your shift today: opening for a day shift, closing for a night shift.
The 10:30–11:00 tasks belong to everyone opening: one tick shows for every station.
A new list starts every morning at 5 am.
Closing can start at 10:15 pm if customers are still in. Nobody leaves before their closing tasks are done.

How ordering works
Count what's there now. Leave blank what you didn't count.
Use 0.5 for a half.
Downstairs is service, Upstairs is prep.
What you type stays on this phone until you send it.
A count makes the draft order. If a draft isn't marked as sent yet, you choose to add to it or replace it.
Mark the draft as sent once the orders are placed. A draft not marked as sent is erased a day after it started, with a reminder an hour in and an hour before.
